She made a very stressful process (did I mention we did most of this process during lockdown?) fun and we laughed a lot. We liked working with her so much, we became friends. Due to COVID and the layoffs, we decided to make the tough decision and sell our house and relocate to a different city. It was very sad to leave our house and our friends. Mary Dix held our hands the entire way. She sat us down and had a real conversation on selling our house. Mary gave us realistic expectations on how much we could get for our house. She also made suggestions on what we needed to do to get top dollar. At the end, we were able to sell our house above market value. In fact, the price we got for our house was way past our expectations. Mary also went out of her way and helped us with finding a real estate agent in our new city.
