About Amelia Posada

I’m a third-generation Pasadena native with deep roots in the communities of Pasadena and Northeast Los Angeles. These neighborhoods aren’t just where I work—they’re home. I know the streets, the local businesses, the architecture, the hidden gems, and the people like the back of my hand.

After spending five formative years in New York for college, I returned to Los Angeles in 2010 and built two successful businesses rooted in creativity, relationships, and trust. For over a decade, I’ve been the owner and creative force behind Birch & Bone, where I’ve been honored to work as a sought-after floral designer known for large scale design, color, and attention to detail. I advocate fiercely, and guide clients through meaningful, high-stakes decisions—all skills I bring directly into real estate.

My passion has always been community: helping others, creating beauty, and bringing people together. I love art, design, entertaining, and hosting—so helping clients find (or sell) a home where life truly happens feels like a natural extension of who I am.

I’m a strong negotiator, a clear communicator, and a steady guide throughout the buying and selling process. I live in the beautiful hills of Montecito Heights with my wife Chrissy and our two dogs Monty & Bert.
